IV Therapy

Filters apply to every card and carry into every list you open from them. Dates run from the start of the first day to the start of the day after the last day, in the clinic's reporting time zone (America/Boise, MT). Filters are kept in the page link.

What counts

Every encounter line whose service has IV Therapy as its home (R4). One line is one IV service, whatever program it was part of.

On their own

Lines whose Part of is On its own, or that used an IV 5-pack or IV Club credit. Their money is IV money.

Inside other programs

Lines that were part of another module's program, for example the alpha lipoic acid IV in a Neuropathy program. They count here and in the IV product mix, but their money and follow-up belong to that program (R4 S04, S09).

Date

Visit date, clinic time zone. Voided encounters are left out.

Metric keys

iv_services_own, iv_services_inside_other (16 METRICS.md). Same numbers as the IV tile on Overview (11-01).

Formula

Payments received minus refunds, allocated to IV: IV lines on their own, IV packages and IV Club fees. Payment date.

Not included

Money for IV lines inside other modules' programs. It belongs to those programs (R4 S03).

Metric key

iv_collected, the same as collected_by_module for IV Therapy on 11-01.

1. Open IV Therapy in the sidebar under Your services.
2. Check Today and Needs attention first. Click Chair board to run today's chairs.
3. Click any number to open the list behind it. The list keeps the same period and location.
4. Use the period and location filters at the top. They apply to every card and carry into every list you open.
5. Click Record IV session to record an IV given without an appointment. It opens New encounter with the IV visit type.
6. Click Customize to choose and order cards for yourself; admins can set the clinic default.
