A cohort is a group of leads created in the same period, followed forward. Every funnel step and rate uses the same cohort, so they can be compared fairly.
Collected is money received minus refunds, by payment date, where the payment was allocated to Neuropathy. Under R4 that is:
- payments for neuropathy programs,
- payments for any line that is Part of a neuropathy program, whatever service it is. John Smith's alpha lipoic acid IV on Oct 14 (encounter E-5001) is an IV Therapy service, but it was Part of his 12-week neuropathy program, so its $150 counts here,
- payments for neuropathy services delivered on their own, such as evaluations.
Using a program credit records delivered value but adds nothing to Collected: that money arrived when the program was paid for (R4 S08).
Plan value is the accepted price of programs started in the period. Average case value is plan value divided by programs started: $44,000 / 11 = $4,000.
Show, hide and reorder cards for yourself. Admins set the clinic default in Neuropathy settings. Hiding a card never stops data or follow-up.

- Check the period and location in the bar under the tabs. Everything on the page, and every list a number opens, uses them.
- Read the headline numbers. Click any of them to see the records behind it.
- Work the Needs attention card from the top: treatment gaps first, then pending decisions, then programs past their planned end.
- Use the funnel to see where the September leads stopped. Click a step to see those leads or patients.
- Open the follow-up worklist to call or book the patients who are due.
- To record a new evaluation, click Record evaluation. To enrol a patient after they accept a plan, click Start program.
