- Set the date range, location, module, method or payer. Every figure on the page uses the same filters.
- Read Collected for money in. Delivered value and Plan value are there for comparison and are never money received.
- Check the By bucket card: the bottom line is the clinic total, and it always equals the lines above it.
- Click any count or total to open the payments behind it. Click a payment to see where its money went, its source and corrections.
- If Unallocated isn't $0.00, open Unallocated money and match those payments.
- To record money taken at the desk, click Record payment.
