- Open Leads from the sidebar.
- Board shows open leads by stage. List shows them as a table you can sort.
- Click a lead to log a call, text or email, move it to the next stage, set the next action, or convert it to a patient.
- Use Add lead for a phone call or walk-in; use Import leads for a file from a web form or marketing tool.
- Check Unassigned and overdue leads every morning.
