- Open Schedule from the sidebar. It opens on today at your location, by provider.
- Use the arrows or Today to change the day, and the location filter to switch site. Choose Week to see the next five days, or List for a plain list.
- Switch to By room or chair to see what each room, chair and device is doing.
- Click an appointment to open it: confirm, check in, reschedule, cancel, mark no-show, or start the encounter.
- If the red Conflicts count is above zero, click it to see which appointments put a provider over their limit, and fix them.
- Click New appointment to book, or click an empty time in a provider's column to book there.
