Services / Clinic launch consulting

Open your clinic with people who run clinics.

Starting a medical clinic means a hundred decisions in the right order: services, location, money, licensing, payers, people, systems and patients. Dr. Jana Hull runs multi-location clinics, and our team runs the marketing behind them. We help you plan the launch and fill the schedule from day one.

What we help with

Everything between the idea and the first patient.

We work alongside your attorney and accountant, not instead of them. They handle the legal and tax work. We bring the operating playbook and the patients.

Market and service mix

Which services your area needs, what competitors charge, and the mix of insurance and cash-pay services that fits your goals.

Startup budget and break-even

Build-out, equipment, staffing, software and working capital, with a realistic month-by-month path to break-even.

Licensing and compliance roadmap

Entity, ownership rules, licenses, DEA, CLIA, facility rules and certificate of need, mapped for your state and checked with your attorney.

Payers and credentialing

Medicare, Medicaid and commercial credentialing started early, because enrollment is usually the longest pole in the tent.

Space, equipment and systems

Layout and patient flow, equipment and supplier shortlists, EHR and scheduling, and Clinic OS to see the whole clinic in one place.

Hiring and front desk training

Roles, schedules and the front desk playbook for answering calls, following up leads and booking consults.

The launch campaign

Patients booked before you open.

An empty schedule in month one is the most expensive mistake a new clinic makes. Marketing starts weeks before the doors open.

Brand and website

Name, look and a fast website with a page for every service and online booking.

Google Business Profile

Set up as soon as you have an address, with photos, services, hours and a review plan.

Pre-opening ads

Local search and social campaigns for opening offers and founding patients.

Content and community

Videos of the team and the space, local partnerships and referral outreach.

First 90 days

Weekly reporting on enquiries, bookings and cost per new patient, then we adjust.

Clinic launch questions

Before you ask.

How long does it take to open a medical clinic?
Most new clinics take somewhere between six and twelve months from decision to first patient. Payer credentialing, build-out and licensing usually set the pace, which is why we start those first and run the marketing in parallel.
Do you replace a healthcare attorney or accountant?
No. Ownership structure, contracts and regulatory sign-off belong with a healthcare attorney licensed in your state, and tax and entity choices with your accountant. We bring the operating plan, the checklists and the marketing, and we work alongside them.
Can a non-physician start a medical clinic?
It depends on the state. Some states restrict who can own a medical practice under the corporate practice of medicine doctrine, and owners often use a management services organization structure. Our state guides explain the rules state by state, and your attorney confirms the structure.
How much does it cost to start a clinic?
It varies widely with the services, space and equipment. Our guide to clinic startup costs breaks down the main categories, and the launch plan gives you a budget for your clinic specifically.
Do we have to use your marketing services after launch?
No. Many clinics keep us on because the launch campaign is already running, but launch consulting stands on its own.
