You film. We do the rest.
No film crew, no awkward studio. A phone, a quiet room and our guide are enough. Here’s the monthly loop.
We train your team
A short session plus our filming guide: where to stand, what to ask, how long to record.
Patients say yes
Every patient signs a consent form before filming. No form, no video. Simple.
You upload
Your team sends the raw clips and the signed form. Phone footage is perfect.
We edit
Captions, branding, hooks and music, cut for Reels, Stories, feed and ads.
It goes to work
Clips go out on your pages and into your ads. We track which stories bring in bookings.
Filmed on a phone, with consent

What makes a great patient video
- Good light. Face a window. Never sit with a window behind you.
- A quiet room. Close the door, turn off the music, silence phones.
- Hold it upright. Vertical video, at eye level, phone steady.
- Ask open questions. “What was life like before?” beats “Did you like it?”
- Let them finish. Pause for three seconds before you stop recording.
- Thirty to ninety seconds of good talking is plenty. We’ll find the moment.
Consent first. Always.
Patient stories are powerful because they’re real, and that comes with responsibility.
- Written consent for every video. Patients sign before filming, and we never use a clip without a signed form attached.
- Honest claims only. Stories describe a patient’s experience. We don’t turn them into promises of medical outcomes.
- Easy to withdraw. If a patient changes their mind, we take the content down.
- Your counsel signs off. We’ll set up the consent process with you and recommend your healthcare attorney reviews the form.
